iPerf UDP

I set out to test the connection between my house and my development workstation, using VOIP-like settings, and IPv6, just to say I’d done it.

client side:

$ iperf -c dev.ciscodude.net -V -u -b 64k -l 160
------------------------------------------------------------
Client connecting to dev.ciscodude.net, UDP port 5001
Sending 160 byte datagrams
UDP buffer size: 160 KByte (default)
------------------------------------------------------------
[  3] local 2604:4280:d00d::229 port 36638 connected with 2604:4280:2:34::68 port 5001
[ ID] Interval       Transfer     Bandwidth
[  3]  0.0-10.0 sec  78.3 KBytes  64.0 Kbits/sec
[  3] Sent 501 datagrams
[  3] Server Report:
[  3]  0.0-10.0 sec  78.3 KBytes  64.0 Kbits/sec   0.734 ms    0/  501 (0%)
